The streets of Oxford City Centre were illuminated this Christmas by hundreds of handmade lanterns as a procession of 200 local school children paraded through the streets to herald the opening of Light Night.
Limegreen were asked to provide power to over 20 market stalls and also its lighting expertise to light up several buildings along the main street of Oxford where the central Christmas celebrations took place. Against the backdrop of Oxford's Ballial College, fire's dancers performed a breathtaking show which was accompanied by a live light show designed and operated by Limegreen Technicians.
The event, organised by Oxford Council and local production Companies, attracted over 5,000 people and Limegreen were pleased to be invited to take part and look forward to next year's celebrations.
